Bill lived for a time in a home his son built especially for him after losing his wife. Health issues and hospital trips at night made it necessary to seriously consider moving to a place where he would have the comfort of knowing someone would be available 24 hours a day. After hearing about Liberty Residence, he came for a visit. “I didn’t have to think twice about moving here. The people are just unbeatable!” Bill had the option of moving from his original apartment to the one where he now resides and this was a real plus for Bill. He spent much of his life in the trucking business and loved the extensive travel.

Vi raised her family in Wadsworth. About nine years ago, after realizing she could no longer maintain her home, Vi moved to Liberty Residence Independent Living. She is very happy and has no regrets about making her home at Liberty. She loves the entertainment as well as the many activities and programs that take place in the large activity level called the ‘market area’. “Activities and programs that are offered manage to appeal to people’s different tastes. If we need anything, we just talk to our administrative staff, and they will find out how they can help or they’ll find someone that can help you.” Vi loves having Liberty Residence provides guest rooms, when available, for her out of town relatives and friends. “Here at Liberty, we do not lack a single thing!“
