Jeff is a native of Wadsworth, Ohio. A 1983 graduate of Wadsworth High School, Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from The University of Akron.

He currently resides in Wadsworth with his son, Dylan.

Jeff has been employed at Liberty Residence since 1999.

Michelle Krunich, LPN, Healthcare Coordinator
Liberty Residence I & II

Michelle was born and raised in Wadsworth, Ohio. She is a 1985 graduate of Wadsworth High School. She went to nursing school at WCSCC and graduated in 1987. She is licensed through the Ohio Board of Nursing. Her nursing background has focused mainly in geriatrics within the long term care skilled setting. She has two years of experience at Akron General Hospital on the Oncology unit as well as a short time in "home care" nursing. She has over a decade of prior experience working in the nursing home and assisted living setting.

Michelle resides in Wadsworth with her husband, Gary and son, Cole. They own 18 acres, so outdoor time is important and keeps them busy. Michelle enjoys working in the yard, cooking, swimming and most of all, her family.

She has been employed at Liberty Residence since the opening of Liberty Residence II in 2000.

Jenny Harp, Assistant Administrator
Liberty Residence I & II

Jenny has been with Liberty Residence since 1994. She has worked in dietary, housekeeping and spent 9 years as our Independent Living Activity Coordinator. Her sincere love for the elderly, varied experience and strong work ethic earned her the promotion to Assistant Administrator in 2008. She ensures that staff are trained and residents’ needs are met through open lines of communication. Jenny grew up in Norton and has lived in Wadsworth since 1987. She is married to Mike and has two daughters, Emily and Molly. Jenny likes to garden. She has a passion for antiques and frequents resale shops. Most of all, Jenny loves to spend time with her family.
